Umar Ansari, the son of Mukhtar Ansari, has been granted bail by the Allahabad High Court. He was arrested for allegedly forging his mother Afshan Ansari’s signatures on documents related to a property seized under the Gangster Act. Ansari was incarcerated in Kasganj jail and had previously been denied bail by a court in Ghazipur.
