UP BJP Demands Explanation from MLA Parichha After Vande Bharat Incident

Rajiv Singh Parichha, the BJP MLA from Babina, Uttar Pradesh, is facing disciplinary action from his party. The action stems from a widely circulated video depicting his aides allegedly assaulting a passenger on the Vande Bharat train. The UP BJP has deemed the behavior as unacceptable and issued a show cause notice. General Secretary Deep Narayan Shukla confirmed that a written explanation must be provided by the MLA within seven days. The incident allegedly unfolded on June 19th when a disagreement over seating led to a physical confrontation at Virangana Lakshmibai station involving the MLA’s alleged associates.
