Vaishali will soon host the inauguration of the Buddha Samyak Darshan Museum-cum-Memorial stupa, with Chief Minister Nitish Kumar presiding over the ceremony. Monks from 15 nations will attend this momentous occasion, highlighting its international importance. The stupa, built on a 72-acre land, will house a relic casket of Lord Buddha. Its unique construction, employing stone and earthquake-resistant technology, sets it apart. The site also features a meditation center, a library, and other amenities, making it a comprehensive cultural and spiritual hub. The monument is expected to boost tourism and employment in the region.
