Tragedy struck in Bengaluru as a 33-year-old woman was killed in an OYO hotel room on June 6. A 25-year-old tech worker, identified as Yashas, has been taken into custody in connection with the incident. The victim, Harini, was allegedly involved in a relationship with the suspect. According to the authorities, the victim sought to end the relationship, resulting in a confrontation that led to Harini’s death. The accused is alleged to have stabbed her 17 times. Police have registered a case at the Subramanyapura Police Station. This incident mirrors a prior case in April where a man was arrested in Electronic City, Bengaluru, for the murder of his wife.
