In view of the situation, more than half a dozen lecturers of Temri School, PTI, Assistant Grade 3 have complained to DEO CK Dhritalhare demanding mass transfer, in which on October 15, lecturer Mamta Jangde used abusive language against lecturer Rajkumar Adile. There has been a mention of threatening to slap using the word, and it has also been said that all the lecturers and teachers feel uncomfortable working with him in such an environment.
Lecturer made serious allegations
Mamta Jangade, a lecturer at Temri Higher Secondary School, in her written complaint to the Collector on October 17, accused the junior lecturer of being made the principal in-charge of the school, while the Joint Director Education Division, Bilaspur wrote a letter to give charge to the senior working in the institution. Was. After this, again the Joint Director had directed to make the senior lecturer in-charge of the institution on the basis of seniority, but till date the DEO has not taken any action.
The lecturer wrote in the letter that the principal in-charge calls the District Education Officer a relative and says that whatever I want will happen. Not only this, while pressurizing me to withdraw my seniority application, the Principal in-charge and the stop are doing impractical acts and insulting me. Requests have been made to the DEO several times in this regard, but no action is taken. Along with this, there was a demand to hand over the responsibility of Principal in-charge to the senior lecturer as per the rules.
DEO said this on kinship
In this matter, DEO Dhritalhare has said that necessary action will be taken after conducting an investigation. On the question of not following the order of the Joint Director, he said that I have replied to the letter received from the JD office. Along with this, on the allegation of obliging a relative as principal, he said that there is no question of any kinship in government service. Action has been taken as per the rules.
