Bhopal: Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav directed to take action against 20 officers and employees who were negligent in various cases in the Samadhan online. At the same time, the contractor convicted of chaos in drinking water supply was punished with penalty. On Friday, such cases were resolved from the cases recorded in the CM Helpline in Samadhan Online, which had long pending solutions.
Chief Secretary Mr. Anurag Jain, Additional Chief Secretary Dr. Rajesh Rajaura and other senior officials Samadhan were present in the Chief Minister’s Office. Chief Minister Dr. Yadav also gave necessary instructions to the collectors and other officials through the video conference. Chief Minister Dr. Yadav directed to ensure drinking water management in urban and rural areas.
On Friday, instructions were also given to punish the guilty persons in 3 cases related to drinking water system in Samadhan Online. Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said that strict steps will be taken against the concerned officials in any district from whom the complaints related to the system of drinking water will be received.
In a case related to drinking water problem, Shri Bhanwar Singh Patel of Sehore district had complained about not reaching water in Gram Panchayat Barkhedi. In this case, Additional Chief Secretary Shri Sanjay Shukla informed that a penalty of 37 thousand 469 has been imposed on the contractor firm Messrs Vishwa. Water supply has been started in domestic tap connections by removing the technical difficulties coming in the implementation of Nal Jal Yojana.
Similarly, on the complaint of Mauganj complainant Mr. Sunil Kumar Sahu, the problem of water supply has been removed due to the breakdown of the pipeline for one and a half years. In this case also, the concerned contractor KNK company was instructed to get immediate work done. In this case, the services of the field engineer posted in the project unit have been terminated.
Notices have been issued to the Deputy Chief Minister, Project Manager and Assistant Project Manager of Madhya Pradesh Urban Development Corporation, the Chief Municipality Officer responsible for not resolving the complaint on time. Chief Minister Dr. Yadav instructed to take strict action against those who delayed the implementation of Nal-Jal Yojana in all the districts.
Chief Minister Dr. Yadav has issued a show cause notice by Smt. Durgabai Vishwakarma of Chhindwara district in case of timely action for the construction of the coupe for the construction of the coup. Also, a notice was issued to the village employment assistant convicted of serious negligence. In this case, Secretary Gram Panchayat has been suspended with immediate effect. The complainant has been paid Rs 72 thousand 372 for the construction of the well.
Cases of compensation amount on marriage scheme, scholarship, Pradhan Mantri Swanidhi Yojana, natural disaster were also solved
In Samadhan Online, Mr. Dinesh Kalame of Khandwa district had complained about late in receiving funds in the disabled marriage incentive scheme. After this case came in Samadhan Online, on March 21, the Kalme couple has been paid an incentive of one lakh rupees. Due to negligence in this case, a show information letters have been issued to the Deputy Director of Social Justice Department, District Treasury Officer and in -charge of Disabled Welfare Branch. Also, a show cause notice has been given to Social Security Officer Janpad Panchayat Khalwa.
Chief Minister Dr. Yadav expressed displeasure over the complaint of not paying the scholarship on time by Ms. Monika of Singrauli district. He instructed the officials operating the portal in this case to work seriously in future. Also warned that such complaints should not come in future or else strict action will be taken.
In this case, the scholarship amount to the complainant has been paid Rs 22 thousand 748 through the portal. Chief Minister Dr. Yadav resolved the complaint made by Mr. Rohit Rackwar of Vidisha under the Pradhan Mantri Swanidhi Yojana. An amount of ten thousand rupees was provided to the applicant.
Chief Minister Dr. Yadav directed to pay special attention to the implementation of the scheme in the state. Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said that Madhya Pradesh is a pioneer in the country in this scheme. Therefore, to maintain the best status of the implementation of the scheme, instructions were given to approve the case of each applicant in due course.
Chief Minister Dr. Yadav instructed to provide Rs 20 thousand on the application of Shri Ghananand Dwivedi of Rewa district. In this case, the compensation amount was applied about seven months ago due to loss of livestock by the applicant due to lightning in this case. Naib Nazir has been suspended for delay in this case, as well as a show notice to the Tehsildar convicted of negligence.

Chief Minister Dr. Yadav instructed Collector Gwalior to punish the guilty and punish the guilty employees regarding the non -receipt of the amount of the housing scheme of Mr. Ramesh Jatav of Gwalior. The Collector has given a show cause notice to the CMO convicted for registering wrong information in the CM helpline. Applicant Mr. Jatav has been paid the third installment amount of the housing scheme.
Similarly, Mr. Rakesh Kumar Richaria of Chhatarpur has been paid an amount of Rs 26 thousand 747 in Ayushman Bharat Scheme through Samadhan Online. The applicant had undergone treatment 5 months ago, but the contract was violated by the hospital and unauthorized. Three -fold penalty at the concerned hospital was imposed Rs 80 thousand 241.
Chief Minister Dr. Yadav directed the applicant Shri Asharam Lodhi to take action against the employee guilty for delay in the loan sanctioned under the Acharya Vidyasagar Gau-Samadhan Yojana in the case of Tikamgarh district. The applicant was provided an amount of Rs 30 thousand 982 as a grant of the scheme.
Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said that beneficiaries should also be benefited from institutions like Red Cross Society. Public representatives should also be made aware of other beneficiary oriented schemes, loan and grant schemes so that their participation can ensure timely action in poor welfare schemes. Chief Secretary Shri Jain directed to take action through Bankers Committee at the district level for early approval in this case.
Application received maternity assistance
In Samadhan Online, an application for not getting obstetric assistance was received from Guna district under the Chief Minister Shramik Seva National Health Mission Scheme (Sambal). In this case, the amount of the scheme has been provided to the beneficiary. Maternity ward incharge of delay, maternity wing data entry operator, then CM Helpline Data Entry Operator, Accountant District Hospital Guna were punished for 7-7 days honorarium/pay deduction. Similarly, RMO District Hospital Guna, Civil Surgeon cum Chief Hospital Superintendent District Hospital Guna and Divisional Joint Director Health Services Gwalior Division have been issued a show cause notice.
Applicant received mortgage liberation certificate
The complainant of Datia district, Mr. Rohit, complained by the applicant Shri Buddha Singh for issuing the mortality certificate by the State Bank of India Datia Branch. The applicant made all KCC payments, but the bank management did not send a letter of liberation in the tehsil. In this case, the applicant did not take the loan but his property was taken hostage. The complaint has been resolved on March 21.
Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said that the poor people of the poor have to get upset in this way. This is not only unfair but also a crime. In such cases, guilty persons will not be spared. Chief Minister Dr. Yadav also directed in the context of complaints made in Samadhan online that in all the districts in which the complaints are pending in the districts, the concerned officers should take action for the resolution.
