Mithlesh Gupta, Jashpur. Two thieves escaped from the custody of Kansabel police along with handcuffs. In this case, SP Shashi Mohan Singh has suspended ASI Rajesh Yadav and constable Ashok Ekka for negligence. At the same time, a head constable and a municipal soldier have been line attached.
The Kansabel police of the district had arrested 3 people yesterday evening on charges of theft. The police was taking the three thieves to village Saraitola of Pathalgaon police station area to recover the stolen goods, when two thieves saw an opportunity and fled near the Karonda forest. One of the thieves who fled was handcuffed.
The Jashpur police team was busy searching for the thieves throughout the night, but the thieves were not caught by the police. After this, today Jashpur Superintendent of Police Shashi Mohan Singh has suspended ASI Rajesh Yadav and constable Ashok Ekka for negligence.
