Thane: Maharashtra Chief Minister Eknath Shinde on Sunday mentioned he has requested NCP president Sharad Pawar and leaders of Congress to honour the political custom within the state to make sure unopposed bypolls to the seats that fall vacant as a result of loss of life of sitting lawmakers.
