Muslim couple donates Rs 1 crore to Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams in Chennai | Information

New Delhi: Subeena Banu and Abdul Ghani, a Chennai-based Muslim couple, donated Rs 1 crore to Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams in a uncommon gesture. The donation consists of Rs 87 lakh in furnishings and utensils for the newly constructed Padmavathi Relaxation Home, in addition to a Demand Draft for Rs 15 lakh payable to the SV Anna Prasadam Belief. The couple offered the test to the Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanam (TTD), which runs the world’s richest temple.

The household’s donation was formally acquired by the TTD government officer AV Dharma Reddy within the type of a cheque and thanked them for his or her generosity.

Notably, TTD Veda-pandits later carried out Vedasirvachanam, whereas temple officers handed over Prasadams to Abdul Ghani and his members of the family.
