Actually, a person named Saurabh Chandrakar is the brain behind this app. Saurabh got married in Dubai in February this year. Many stars like Sunny Leone, Ranbir Kapoor and Hina Khan attended that wedding. Saurabh also gave them money and made them dance. These big faces who attended Saurabh’s wedding are now on the radar of the Enforcement Directorate (ED). ED has made many revelations in this case. This app was run by two people together. Both are residents of Chhattisgarh. The surprising thing is that betting king Saurabh earlier used to run a juice shop.

Saurabh Chandrakar and Ravi Uppal together created Mahadev App. There is a difference of 15 years in the age of both. Saurabh is 28 years old while Ravi is 43 years old. Saurabh earlier worked at a clothing shop. His salary there was ten thousand rupees per month. After this he opened a shop named ‘Juice Factory’ where he sold fruit juices. Whereas Ravi comes from a business family. His financial condition was much better than Saurabh. But both had one thing in common. Both of them had the habit of gambling.

Saurabh and Ravi used to visit a paan shop in Akash Ganga Market of Bhilai every day. That’s where both of them were introduced to each other for the first time.
