ODI World Cup 2023: The start of World Cup 2023 has been nothing special from England’s point of view. Last season’s winner had to face a crushing defeat against New Zealand in its very first match. The second match of the English team is with Bangladesh cricket team on 10 October. This match between the two teams is being played at the Himachal Pradesh Cricket Association Stadium in Dharamshala. Before this exciting match, England captain Jos Buttler had given a big statement regarding the pitch. He has raised serious questions regarding the outfield of Dharamshala.
The English captain is very disappointed with the rough pitch in Dharamshala. He says, ‘The outfield is a matter of concern. According to me this is a bad outfield. There is always a possibility of injury while fielding on such an outfield. A fielder can get injured at any time. There is a need to be careful in the field. You dive for one run each. This ground is not ideal for playing, the kind of outfield it is.

Talking further, 33-year-old Butler said, ‘This is not a place where you want to be as a team or as a player or in the World Cup. I know it is the same for both the teams, but please pray that no player from either team gets injured during the match.
Let us tell you that Dharamshala is famous in the country as well as in the whole world for its beauty. Here the HPCA Stadium is compared with grounds like Adelaide Oval and Newlands. Its capacity is about 23 thousand.
