It may take months for the statements of the accused to be heard.

On September 29, it will be 15 years since the Malegaon 2008 bomb blasts, but the trial has still not been completed. Even today, the court had to give a date due to one accused not coming. The statement of the accused under section 313 will now be recorded from October 3.
