Nobel Prize for Literature announced to be awarded to Norwegian writer John Fosse, identified with ‘Fosse Minimalism’

Nobel Prize: It has been announced that the Nobel Prize for Literature for the year 2023 will be given to Norwegian writer John Fosse. He is being given this award for his innovative plays and prose, which give voice to the untold. John Fosse has always made innovative experiments in his plays. 64 year old Fosse has done many innovative experiments in his writing. Prominent among the plays written by him are- Someone is Going to Come Home, The Name, The Child, Mother and Child.
