At the same time, due to the anti-cyclonic flow developing in North-West India and dry weather over some parts of South-West Rajasthan, the conditions are favorable for the withdrawal of South-West Monsoon. Not only this, there is a possibility of formation of a cyclonic circulation in the North Andaman Sea and surrounding areas on September 29.

According to the Meteorological Department, during the next 24 hours, light to moderate rain can be recorded in districts like Raipur, Surguja, Jashpur, Korea, Raigarh, Janjgir, Korba, Mahasamund, Dhamtari etc. of Chhattisgarh. There is a possibility of moderate to heavy rain at some places in Bilaspur, Bemetara, Rajnandgaon, Mungeli, Kabirdham districts.
