50 year old Richard Kettleborough has been an England cricketer. He has played 33 first class and 21 List A matches. In 2006, he was included in the ECB list of umpires. He made his international umpiring debut in the T-20 between England and Australia at Old Trafford in 2009. He was on the panel of 18 umpires for the 2011 World Cup in India. In the same year he was promoted to the elite panel of ICC. Kettleborough won the ICC Umpire of the Year award in 2013.
