Piyush Goyal suggests 5-point reform agenda for FCI

Suggesting a five-point reform agenda for the Meals Company of India, Union Meals Minister Piyush Goyal on Friday mentioned that the FCI’s public notion must be modified from “being inefficient & corrupt to dynamic, inclusive & trustworthy.”
