The recipe of salad product of three millets (bajra, jowar and foxmillets) in tricolour shades by Anubhav Nautiyal and Saksham Kaushal, college students of Chitkara Faculty of Hospitality (Punjab), gained the second prize.
The recipe for candy pongal product of millets by Hiranmoy Chalita and Hansika Jandhayala, college students of Indian Culinary Institute (Nodia), gained the third prize within the nationwide recipe competitors.
Agriculture Minister Narendra Singh Tomar gave away awards at Delhi Haat right here on the launch of the three-day ‘Millets Culinary Carnival’.
