The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) is embroiled in a dispute over the lack of handshakes between the Indian and Pakistani teams during the Asia Cup 2025. The PCB has demanded strong repercussions, citing the Indian team’s behavior after the match, where players like Suryakumar Yadav and Shivam Dube went directly to the changing room. This left Pakistan’s captain, Salman Ali Agha, and his team waiting for a handshake that never occurred. The situation was further highlighted during the coin toss, where the captains did not exchange handshakes. The PCB has accused Andy Pycroft of being involved and lodged a complaint with the ICC, threatening to pull out of the Asia Cup 2025.
