Yadav and Sharma were found guilty under Article 2.3, Level 1, of the DPL code, which pertains to aggressive or obscene gestures. They admitted to the match referee, resulting in a 20% deduction in their match fees. On the other hand, Harshit Rana, the captain of North Delhi Strikers, was penalized under Article 2.5, Level 1, for using offensive language, leading to a 10% fine on his match fee.
