  • PM Modi Applauds Anurag Thakur’s ‘Perfect Blend Of Facts And Humor’ In Lok Sabha Clash With Rahul Gandhi |

Prime Minister Narendra Modi commended BJP leader Anurag Thakur for his speech in the Lok Sabha on Tuesday, where the former Union minister responded politically to Leader of Opposition Rahul Gandhi’s earlier address, describing it as “a must hear.” Taking to X, Modi wrote, “The speech by my young and energetic colleague, Shri Anurag Thakur, is a must hear. It’s a perfect blend of facts and humor, exposing the dirty politics of the INDI Alliance.”

Thakur countered Gandhi’s speech in the Lok Sabha, using Gandhi’s own reference to the Chakravyuh and its characters to criticize the Congress. He mentioned the alleged scams under Congress rule and past critical remarks by its leaders about caste quotas to challenge the Leader of the Opposition.

The debate intensified when Thakur seemingly questioned Gandhi’s caste in relation to the caste census, causing an uproar in the Lok Sabha. Gandhi condemned this as an insult but remained firm on his demand for a caste census.

In a separate post on X, Prime Minister Modi also praised Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman’s response to the budget debate. “FM @nsitharaman presents a very comprehensive picture of this year’s Budget and what it offers for every section of society. She reiterates our Government’s commitment to growth and reforms,” he wrote on X.

  • 3 Key Ministers From Modi 2.0 Left Out Of BJP-Led NDA Cabinet |

PM Modi Swearing-In Ceremony: As BJP leader Narendra Modi took the oath as Prime Minister for the third time on Sunday, many new names are going to uphold cabinet berths in Modi 3.0. However, there are some popular faces that are kept off the Union Ministers list. Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) leader and former Union Minister Smriti Irani, Anurag Thakur, and Narayan Rane will not be part of the cabinet in the 18th Lok Sabha.

Irani contested the Lok Sabha election from Uttar Pradesh’s Amethi, but she faced defeat by over 1.6 lakh votes to Congress loyalist Kishori Lal Sharma. Earlier, she had served as the Women and Child Development Minister during the Modi government’s second term. Five years prior, she had won against Congress’s Rahul Gandhi.

On the other hand, Thakur secured a victory in the general election from Hamirpur in Himachal Pradesh, having previously managed sports, information, and broadcasting portfolios. According to sources, he will not be included in Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s latest Union Cabinet.

Rane served as the Minister of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises during Modi’s second term. He won the Lok Sabha election, representing Ratnagiri-Sindhudurg in Maharashtra.

The Modi 3.0 cabinet includes several prominent BJP leaders such as Amit Shah, Rajnath Singh, Nirmala Sitharaman, S. Jaishankar, Nitin Gadkari, Mansukh Mandaviya, Piyush Goyal, Ashwini Vaishnaw, Dharmendra Pradhan, Bhupendra Yadav, Prahlad Joshi, Kiren Rijiju, C.R. Paatil, L. Murugan, Hardeep Puri, M.L. • ‘Immature, Non-Serious….’: Anurag Thakur Hits Out At Rahul Gandhi On Mocking Vice Prez Jagdeep Dhanakar |

New Delhi: In a scathing remark to Congress MP Rahul Gandhi, Union Minister Anurag Thakur said that the leader is ‘immature and non serious’ for joining TMC MP Kalyan Banerjee’s “misdeed” as he mimicked the vice president of India while Gandhi recorded him doing so. “Rahul Gandhi is immature, non-serious and undemocratic. Whether inside the house or outside, this is shameful,” Thakur said.

He added, “Gandhi, who has been a member of the parliament for so long, has been criticised multiple times for his actions. The country will not forgive Rahul Gandhi for what he did. If an MP was into a misdeed, then he should have stopped him instead of joining him.”

Earlier this week, a viral video of Trinamool Congress (TMC) leader Kalyan Banerjee showed him seemingly imitating Vice President Jagdeep Dhankar. The video also showed Rahul Gandhi recording Banerjee’s act.

#WATCH | Chennai, Tamil Nadu: On Congress leader Rahul Gandhi, Union Minister Anurag Thakur says, “Rahul Gandhi is immature, non-serious and undemocratic. Whether inside the house or outside, this is shameful… Either by his actions or his speech, he has been criticised multiple… pic.twitter.com/jUMpitoN7l

The video drew strong criticism from BJP leaders with Prime Minister Narendra Modi condemning the incident. In a tweet on X, formerly known as Twitter, Dhankar said, “He (PM Modi) told me that he has been at the receiving end of such insults for twenty years and counting but the fact that it could happen to a Constitutional office like the Vice President of India and that too in the Parliament was unfortunate.

Soon after the video went viral, Rajya Sabha Chairman Jagdeep Dhankar said, “Just a while ago I saw on a television channel that there is no limit to how low one can stoop. Your senior leader was found shooting a video of an unparliamentary act of one of the suspended MPs, sitting out on protest… I just want to say that good sense may prevail on them.”

Meanwhile, Rahul Gandhi, defending his action, said that he did not share the video. “Who insulted and how? MPs were sitting there, I took their video which is on my phone. Media is saying this, Modi ji is saying that but no one has said anything.”

Similarly, Kalyan Banerjee said that he considers mimicry as an “art” and that he did not intend to hurt anyone.

“I have no intention to hurt anyone. However, I have a question. Does he (Jagdeep Dhankhar) really behave like this in Rajya Sabha? Mimicry is an art and it was also done by the PM in Lok Sabha between 2014 and 2019,” the TMC leader said.

In another development to the mimicry row, a Delhi-based advocate has also filed a complaint against Banerjee. The case has been transferred to the New Delhi district police.

  • Delhi liquor scam kingpin still out; Anurag Thakur’s attack on Kejriwal

After the arrest of Aam Aadmi Party MP Sanyaj Singh, the politics of accusation and counter-accusation is continuing between the ruling BJP and the opposition parties. Today in Raipur, the capital of Chhattisgarh, Union Minister Anurag Thakur has indirectly attacked Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal. He said that the Deputy Chief Minister of Delhi and others are in jail in the excise policy case, but the kingpin of the alleged scam is still out and his turn will also come.

While discussing with the media in Raipur, Anurag Thakur said that those who came to power by raising the slogan of ‘India Against Corruption’, have now been found immersed in corruption. When asked about Kejriwal’s allegations against Prime Minister Narendra Modi after the arrest of Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) Rajya Sabha MP Sanjay Singh in this case on Wednesday, Thakur said, “People are laughing at Arvind Kejriwal ji and his face is But tension can be seen. These are the people who came with the slogan of ‘India Against Corruption’ and now were found immersed in corruption.

He said, “He came to power in Punjab and within two months the health minister of the Punjab government had to resign due to corruption. Kejriwal ji has no answer to the liquor scam which has embarrassed him. Till now the Deputy Chief Minister and others have gone to jail but the kingpin is still out. The investigation is going on and the kingpin’s turn will also come.

Anurag Thakur said, “Those to whom Kejriwal had distributed certificates of honesty are in jail for the last one year.” Who gave them the right to distribute certificates?

He also targeted the Congress governments of Rajasthan and Chhattisgarh and said, “Rajasthan and Chhattisgarh are two states where serious allegations of corruption were made against officials close to the Chief Minister and crores of rupees and gold were recovered from them. He (Chief Minister) should have resigned. But he has not left the post yet. Now people will oust him (in the upcoming assembly elections).

When asked about the caste census of the Bihar government, Thakur said, “Modi ji has said that his government is for the poor, the deprived and the exploited. The largest community is poor and we have to bring them out of poverty. In the last years of the government led by Modi ji, 18.5 crore people have come out of the poverty line. Statistics show that a lot of work has been done for the welfare of the poor in the country.” He said that Congress and its other allies no longer have any issue, so now they are doing caste politics.

  • Why is INDI Alliance so nervous? – Union Minister Anurag Thakur’s attack on the opposition

Why is INDI Alliance so nervous? - Union Minister Anurag Thakur's attack on the opposition

    New Delhi:

Union Information and Broadcasting Minister Anurag Thakur has strongly attacked the opposition INDIA alliance. On the alliance’s announcement of boycott of some journalists, he said why is there so much hesitation? Why are journalists being boycotted and FIRs being registered against them? Anurag Thakur said that the people of the opposition alliance want to destroy Sanatan Dharma. They want to crush Hindu religion. He also said that by now these people have started crushing journalists also. They are filing cases in a hurry.

Let us tell you that the opposition alliance ‘Indian National Developmental Inclusive Alliance’ (India) held a meeting on Wednesday at the house of NCP leader Sharad Pawar in Delhi. In which it was also agreed upon to boycott the programs of anchors of some news channels and it was said that the media-related working group of ‘India’ will decide in this regard which anchor’s programs will include representatives of the constituent parties of the opposition alliance. Will not happen. After this decision, a list has also been released in which the names of some anchors have been mentioned who will be boycotted by the leaders of India Alliance.

  • Congress and its allies are ‘insulting’ Hindus, but Sonia, Rahul Gandhi are silent: Anurag Thakur

Tamil Nadu Youth Welfare Minister Udhayanidhi Stalin, while addressing the recent meeting of Tamil Nadu Progressive Writers and Artists Association in Chennai, termed Sanatan Dharma as against equality and social justice and said that it should be abolished.

Udhayanidhi compared Sanatan Dharma to coronavirus, malaria, dengue virus and fever caused by mosquitoes, saying that such things should not be opposed but destroyed, while another DMK leader A Raja criticized Sanatan Dharma. Compared to leprosy and HIV. This comment of both the leaders has created a political controversy.

Thakur said, “Leaders of Congress allies are talking about ending Sanatan Dharma… but Sonia Gandhi and Rahul Gandhi are silent. They are silent because elections are important for them. But for BJP, not elections, Sanatan Dharma and Baba Saheb’s Constitution are supreme.

He said, “Mughals came and the British also came and went, but Sanatan is there and will remain so.”

Thakur alleged, “Congress and its allies call Sanatan Dharma as AIDS, dengue and malaria for votes.” Congress raised question marks on the existence of Lord Ram and termed him imaginary. Congress and its allies say that Sanatan Dharma will have to be rooted out.

He said this while addressing a public meeting under Bharatiya Janata Party’s Jan Ashirwad Yatra in Barwani district.

Thakur said that Congress leaders will go to the voters to seek votes by claiming themselves to be devotees of Lord Shiva, Devi, Hanuman and Krishna, but the truth is that this party (Congress) and its allies want to destroy Hindus.

He said, “Does the Constitution of India have no value in the eyes of Congress? Look at the rule of law, the Congressmen who once described Lord Ram as imaginary are now calling themselves true Hindus. Why does Congress, which raises questions on Hindus, want to destroy Sanatan and the Constitution from its roots?

Thakur said that on one hand, people of the ‘Ghamandiya’ alliance (opposition alliance ‘India’) are insulting Hindutva, while on the other hand, the central and state governments of BJP are working to increase the cultural splendor of the country.

He said that due to the devotion and efforts of Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan, many works like construction of Divya Mahakal Mahalok in Ujjain, construction of the grand statue of Adi Shankaracharya in Omkareshwar are being done.

The Union Minister said that Chief Minister Chouhan is working for the development of other places of religious and cultural importance in the state. To continue this journey of cultural and religious development, once again form the BJP government in Madhya Pradesh.
