  • RPF Latest News: After drinking coconut water and lassi from an illegal vendor, RPF Commandant took a security conference, without taking the name of Lalluram, said – the CDR of the person who is delivering the news can be taken out and sent home in two minutes.

RPF Latest News: Prateek Chauhan. Raipur Railway Division’s RPF Commandant Raman Kumar reached Durg RPF post two days ago to take a security conference. There inside the police station, an illegal vendor Rahul Sonkar (aka servant of RPF Durg post) provided complete service by serving coconut water, lassi/curd and special thali. After this, sir took a security conference in the police station. In this, without taking the name of Lalluram, he warned all the staff of RPF Post Durg that whoever is conveying the news of the police station to the media should be careful and if he (Commandant) wants, he can take out the CDR in two minutes and make it known that the journalist is Who all are in contact with and who is delivering news, they can send him home.

Now the question is that why the Commandant Saheb, who cares so much about the rules, did not ask anything from the Inspector of RPF Post regarding the servant Rahul Sonkar who served him in the RPF Post, who he is and who provides coconut water, lassi and special food for him. Who will pay for the food that is coming? Will this be added to the government account? Or that servant will be blindly allowed to do or get illegal vending done in exchange for this expense. All these actions of the servant are captured in the CCTV camera installed in the RPF post, if the IG Saheb or the RPF officer of the Railway Board wants, they can get an investigation done.

Now let us tell you why the sir warned of taking out the CDR. The servant of RPF Durg post and the same illegal vendor served the Commandant (the evidence of bringing and giving coconut water, lassi/curd and special thali is present in the CCTV camera installed in the post).

In fact, recently Lalluram.com had published an order of the RPF Commandant of Raipur Railway Division. In which it was told how they are making all the staff posted at Durg police station do 18-18 hours of duty in the name of escorting the trains. In this news, Lalluram had also attached a copy of the order signed by him. After which he had to withdraw this order and this news was also published prominently by Lalluram. Apart from this, Lalluram had also published prominently the news about the special bodyguard appointed for his wife who went to Mahasamund on the first day in Vande Bharat train and the vehicle that went to pick her up, which was in the headlines among the entire zone and RPF officers. Probably this is the reason why he had to give a warning about removing the CDR in the security conference of RPF.

But some of the staff present at the security conference, on the condition of anonymity, said that they would have felt better if the Commandant had, apart from the warning, seen the injustice being done to them in the E-2 register present there.

Lalluram’s appeal, be careful and deliver news like this

Lalluram.com appeals to all its RPF sources to be careful and provide all the information through WhatsApp/Whatsapp call or social media only. If they want, they can call from the phone of their friend or relative or other family member. After sending the information, delete the message from memory or if they wish, they can also send a letter to the office address of Lalluram.com. Lalluram assures you that just like the information from the sources has never been leaked till now, it will never be leaked to anyone in the future and all the news contrary to the rules with him in RPF will be published with impunity.

  • Fake OIC case in High Court: 2 officers of Water Resources Department trapped, Advocate General wrote letter to Chief Secretary

Virendra Gahwai, Bilaspur. A serious case has come to light in the High Court, where an officer appointed another person in his place as OIC (Officer in Charge) and sent him to submit the reply. Expressing displeasure over this, Advocate General Prafulla Bharat has written a letter to the Chief Secretary to take action against the concerned officials.

In fact, after the notice of the High Court, the Advocate General’s Office had called the OIC of the Water Resources Department to file its reply. When the Additional Advocate General asked for information regarding the necessary documents, this discrepancy came to light. Angered by this, Advocate General Prafulla Bharat has written a letter to the Chief Secretary asking him to take action against both the officers. Also, for making the reply claim in the AG office, now it has been asked to send only the OIC appointed by the government.

Let us tell you that Suresh Kumar Pandey, EE Water Resources Department, Tandula Division, Durg has been authorized by the state government to work as the officer in-charge in the department related matters of the High Court. The file was allotted to the concerned officer-in-charge on 25 January 2024 and thereafter, the counter-claim was prepared on 25 September 2024. On 26 September 2024, Pradeep Kumar Wasnik, EE, WRD, Korba, posing as Suresh Kumar Pandey, reached the Advocate General’s office to prepare the counter-claim. The law officers of the Advocate General’s office handed over the file to Pradeep Wasnik, mistaking him for OIC Suresh Pandey. While preparing the reply for the court, when the Additional Advocate General asked about the necessary documents and government guidelines, Pradeep Wasnik could not answer. Finally he admitted that he had reached the Advocate General’s office posing as Suresh Kumar Pandey to file the reply. Actually he is Pradeep Wasnik.

The Advocate General has said in a letter to the Chief Secretary that this is a serious mistake. This may also cause loss to the state government. Due to this fraud committed by two responsible officers, the reply could not even be filed. The AG has written that the actions of Suresh Kumar Pandey and Pradeep Wasnik, two officers of the Water Resources Department, not only amount to interference in the judicial process but also amount to fraud. Which is a punishable offense under the provisions of the Indian Justice Code-2023.

  • Instead of trying to solve the problems, the students of residential school get threats, students came out to gherao the assembly in protest

Lakshika Sahu, Raipur. Class 10 students of Prayas Residential School, Saddu in the capital, took to the streets today to surround the Assembly, demanding solution to their problems. Everyone made serious allegations of intimidation and indecent behavior against the administrative officer Manjula Tiwari and Principal Pramila Shukla of Raipur’s Prayas Residential School.

Students studying in Prayas Vidyalaya told that Chaukhabh Institute is run for the preparation of competitive examinations. The children had taken admission in Prayas Vidyalaya for the preparation of JEE, but the students are neither provided books, nor proper study material for the preparation of the exam. Due to which the number of students qualifying JEE through efforts has reduced in the last few years.

Projectors for smart classes in the school have been installed just for show. Most of these don’t work. 12 bathrooms and toilets have been constructed in the hostel for 350 students but only three of them are usable. There are many problems related to broken taps, sewage system, water dripping in rain, broken doors and lights. About which students have complained in dozens of applications. Doctors have also been provided in the hostel who do not check the health properly and send away paracetamol for every problem. Children said that if a student’s health becomes serious, it is difficult to get proper treatment at such a time.

The students also alleged that the officials who come for inspection two-three times a year are sent away after being given tea, due to which the condition of the school and hostel itself does not reach the officials.

There is no solution when I apply, I get threats

The students accused the school management officials that when they approach with their problems, they are asked to complain in writing. When complaints are made in writing then those applications are set aside. Regarding this, the students of Prayas have also surrounded the principal office. But if complaints are made, the officials threaten to transfer the children.

Students asked questions only to the Assistant Commissioner who came to take the memorandum

Among the officers who came to collect the demand and complaint letters written by the students, Assistant Commissioner Vijay Singh Kanwar came under the scanner of students. Actually, Vijay Singh Kanwar was also among the officers who inspected, to whom the students raised questions that after knowing our problem, instead of meeting us, you just go away after having tea with the officers and do not even try to meet us. The children asked how they were able to know the condition of the hostel and school without taking feedback from us. On this, the officer started asking the children to come for inspection after the holidays and started assuring the children that all their problems would be solved.

The students also submitted a memorandum to the Secretary of the Tribal Development Department regarding their problems and demands. In the memorandum, the students placed demands on these subjects-
