    Today, on the occasion of the 144th Nirvana Divas of Acharya Shri Jayacharya of Terapanth Dharma Sangh, Munishri Sudhakar said that great men incarnate on earth only occasionally. Acharya Jayacharya was blessed with such special talent. Probably, on the strength of his meditation, he had divine powers, the miracle of which is seen occasionally. He has done a special favour on the Terapanth Dharma Sangh. Munishri further said that he was not a man but a great man, not a human but a great man, that is, he was like a god because the then king of Jaipur used to come to see him in disguise at midnight.

    Munishri, while approving the penance of ascetic Kamal Lalavani present there by narrating his 36 years of penance, praised him a lot and called upon the present Shravaks and Shravikaas to take inspiration from him.

    All the federations of Terapanthi Dharma Sangh along with the family members present also approved the penance of the ascetic. It was conducted by Manish Nahar.     Since the GPS of these vehicles is currently off, a technical team will be called to open the GPS and further action will be taken under the Mining Act. The SDM further said that action will be taken against all the places in the village where illegal sand has been stored by collecting information about them.

At the same time, within a few hours of filing the report, a joint team of Kondagaon Cyber ​​Cell and Keshkal Police arrested the accused. At present, the accused are being interrogated.   • Chhattisgarh: New names will be added to the voter list from October 29, special summary revision program of photo voter lists released

    Raipur. The Election Commission of India has announced a special summary revision program of the voter list in Chhattisgarh. Under this program, the citizens of the state will get a chance to make necessary amendments in name registration, deletion, transfer and entry in the voter list. This program is being organized keeping in mind the eligibility date of 01 January 2025.

    According to the program released by the Commission, the preliminary publication of the voter list will be done in all the polling stations of the state on October 29, 2024 (Tuesday) and with this the process of receiving claims/objections will start. All citizens can submit claims/objections till November 28, 2024 (Thursday). During this period, special camps will also be organized in all the polling stations on November 09, 2024 (Saturday), November 10, 2024 (Sunday) and November 16, 2024 (Saturday), November 17, 2024 (Sunday).

    All the claims and objections received during this period will be resolved and the final publication of the electoral roll will be done on January 6, 2025 (Monday). As per the instructions of the Commission, the voter list of all polling stations will also be published on the office website https://ceochhattisgarh.nic.in/ on the initial publication date 29 October 2024 (Tuesday) and the final publication date 06 January 2025 (Monday). As per the instructions of the Election Commission of India, the process of H2H Survey (door-to-door verification) will be completed by all the booth level officers under the state from August 20, 2024 to October 18, 2024 and the process of filling Form-8 / Form-7 for shifted/dead voters will be completed as per the requirement. Apart from this, the process of filling Form-7 for duplicate voters through DSE (Demographically Similar Entries) will also be done during the door-to-door survey.

    Such young citizens, who are completing 18 years of age as on 01 January 2025, can get their names added to the voter list by submitting an application in Form-6. During this period, applications will be received in Form-7 for deletion of names of dead, permanently transferred voters and applications will be received in Form 8 for correction of erroneous names, other necessary amendments and any type of transfer. As per the instructions of the Election Commission of India, New Delhi, apart from 01 January, young citizens who are completing 18 years of age as on 01 April, 01 July and 01 October, 2025 will be able to apply in advance in the prescribed Form 6 to get their names included in the voter list.

    To apply, common citizens can obtain the prescribed form through the booth level officer at their polling station. The Election Commission of India, New Delhi has also provided the facility of online application for citizens through the ‘Voter Helpline App’. This application is available for download on both Android and iOS platforms. Apart from this, voters can also apply online for adding or modifying their names through the website https://voters.eci.gov.in/. For any kind of information or complaint related to registration in the electoral roll, the call center established at the state level 180023311950 can be contacted.

    To make the voter list of the state pure and error-free, the Chief Electoral Officer, Chhattisgarh has appealed to all the citizens for cooperation in this nationwide program and to submit maximum number of online applications.

    AK Patre, a resident of Talapara in Bilaspur and Mohit Kumar, a resident of Tilda, were posted as head constables at the Tilda post of RPF. On 28 December 2021, a rack full of iron plates reached Mandhar railway station. Both the jawans are accused of opening the locks of the rack and dropping the iron plates with the help of some people. They filled 50-60 bags and sold them to a scrap dealer. The next day, both of them caught scrap dealer Abdul Khan, a resident of Mandhar.

    During interrogation, a false case was lodged against the son of the scrap dealer, Sahil Khan, and he was arrested for attacking the two jawans. Distressed by this incident, scrap dealer Abdul Khan committed suicide by jumping in front of Amarkantak Express on 10 January 2022.

    Daughter made a written complaint

    After her father’s death, daughter Jannat Khan filed a complaint against both the RPF jawans accusing them of harassing her father and brother and implicating them in false charges and demanded an investigation into the entire matter. After the preliminary investigation, a case was registered against both the jawans on 10 January 2022 itself. The charge sheet was issued on 30 January 2022. Both of them had earlier filed a petition against this, which was dismissed by the High Court.

    After completion of the investigation of the case, the investigating officer has submitted his report. On the investigation report submitted on 27 and 28 April 2022, both the soldiers were instructed to give clarification within 15 days. Challenging the allegations made in the investigation report, both the soldiers had filed a petition in the Chhattisgarh High Court against their advocate.

    Serious allegations have been made against both the RPF jawans in the investigation report. The report states that they are accused of violating the orders of senior officers, being involved in theft, negligence towards duty and misbehaving and assaulting the deceased Abdul Khan. An FIR has been registered against both the RPF jawans under sections 306 and 506 of the IPC. After hearing the case, the court has rejected the petition of both the RPF jawans. The court has allowed both the accused jawans to submit their reply on the investigation report.
