    According to the order issued from the Ministry of General Administration Department, there will be a total of 16 public holidays in the year 2025. However, major festivals like Republic Day, Moharram, Vaisakhi, Diwali are falling on Sunday, due to which no separate holiday will be given for these festivals.

The young man was murdered in the style of the movie Drishyam. The main accused contractor Abhishek Pandey was absconding after the incident, who was arrested by the police today when he reached the court to surrender.

    Let us tell you that the deceased tribal youth Sandeep Lakra, living in village Beljora of Sitapur police station area, was missing for three months. The family members had lodged a complaint in the police station, fearing murder. A case was registered after protests by the tribal community. During investigation, the police came to know that the body of Sandeep Lakra was buried under a water tank in village Luraina of Mainpat. Police had recovered the body from 15 feet below by collapsing the water tank.

    So far eight accused have been arrested in this case and sent to jail. The main accused Abhishek Pandey was absconding after the incident. IG had announced a reward of Rs 30 thousand, SP Rs 10 thousand and Sarv Adivasi Samaj had announced a reward of Rs 5 lakh on him. Today the main accused Abhishek had reached the court to surrender and was arrested by the police.
