Raipur. Raipur Development Authority (RDA) had taken a total loan of Rs 600 crore from Central Bank of India, Branch Sadar Bazar, Raipur for the development of Kaushalya Mata Vihar. Raipur Development Authority has paid this entire loan amount to the Central Bank of India.

Chhattisgarh Government’s Housing and Environment Secretary Mahadev Kanve today handed over Rs 4 crore 45 thousand to Chief Manager Recovery Rajeev Singh and Senior Manager Vimal Nair of Central Bank of India branch Sadar Bazar Raipur as the last installment of loan taken by Raipur Development Authority. Handed over a check of Rs 147. With this, the entire loan amount has been paid to the concerned bank. On this occasion, Chief Executive Officer of Raipur Development Authority Dharmesh Kumar Sahu and officers and employees of the authority were present.

According to the information received from Raipur Development Authority, out of the total loan amount taken from the Central Bank, Raipur Development Authority has become free from debt by paying the outstanding loan amount of Rs 334 crore in the last one and a half year. At present there is no outstanding loan of any kind from any bank on RDA. Earlier, on December 28, 2023, a check of Rs 20 crore was given by the authority to Central Bank of India, branch Sadar Bazar Raipur.

It is noteworthy that a total of 16 sectors have been developed under Kaushalya Mata Vihar, in which residential plots and commercial plots were developed. About 153 pieces of land are reserved for garden development in Kaushalya Mata Vihar, whose area is about 98 acres.

Amritsar. A case of fraud has come to light by luring extra money for bonus on investment and building a network of depositors in fifteen days. The Crime Branch of Jammu and Kashmir Police on Thursday filed a charge sheet in a court against 6 people for cheating investors of more than Rs 60 lakh by luring them to invest in a private company of Haryana in 2017.

According to the information, the Economic Offenses Unit of the Crime Branch has filed a 1266-page charge sheet against 6 people related to the case, including the Managing Director of Swarn Bhavya Gold Pvt Ltd, Balwinder Kumar (resident of Haryana).

Sushil Kumar, Sandeep Kumar and Deepak Singh of Haryana, Safali Singh of New Delhi and Manveer Singh of Punjab are the other accused named in the charge sheet. In this case, Mohammad Younis of Pulwama, Asrar Ahmed of Srinagar, Ayaz Ahmed of Poonch and Mushtaq Dar of Rajouri had filed a written complaint in the Crime Branch in Jammu. The complainants had alleged that the accused had come to Jammu and Kashmir in October, 2017 and organized seminars in various hotels to attract people to invest in the company.

Raipur. Chief Minister Vishnudev Sai is on tour to his home district Jashpur since Thursday. Today CM Sai will be on a tour of Jashpur and Raigarh districts. Where he will participate in various programs.

According to the scheduled program, CM Vishnudev Sai will leave by car from village Bagiya of Jashpur district at 11 am and reach village Turri (Bandarchuwan) at 11.10 am and after the local program there will return to village Bagiya at 11.50 am.

The Chief Minister will leave by helicopter from village Bagiya at 12.15 pm and will reach village Bhuiapani of Lailunga tehsil of Raigarh district and will discuss with the beneficiaries of ‘Pradhan Mantri Janman Yojana’ there at 2.30 pm. CM Sai will leave from Bhuiapani by car at 2.40 pm and will reach village Kamarga in Raigarh district at 2.45 pm and after attending the local program there, he will return to village Bagiya in Jashpur district at 3.35 pm by helicopter.

Satya Rajput, Raipur. Chhattisgarh Board of Secondary Education has released the time table of board examinations. 10th and 12th board exams will start in the month of March. According to the released time table, 10th board exam will start from March 2 and 12th board exam will start from March 1.

Secretary of the Board of Secondary Education VK Goyal has issued the order. Higher Secondary Certificate Examination is scheduled from March 1 to March 23. The exam time is scheduled from 9:00 am to 12:15 pm.

Raipur. Chief Minister Vishnudev Sai will participate in many programs organized in Raigarh and Jashpur districts today. The Chief Minister will leave from Raigarh by helicopter as per his schedule and reach Raipur. After this, CM Sai Kushabhau Thackeray will attend the program organized in the campus. After that will participate in other programs.

The Chief Minister will leave from Raigarh by helicopter and reach Raipur at 10.15 am and will attend the meeting organized at Kushabhau Thackeray complex at 12 noon. Will leave by helicopter from Raipur helipad at 1.10 pm and will reach Jashpur at 2.10 pm and will inaugurate “Saurabh Sagar Maharaj Gate” near Jain Temple at 2.20 pm.

After garlanding the statue of late Dilip Singh Judev in Jashpur at 3.10 pm, the Chief Minister will reach Ranjita Stadium at 3.20 pm. Here the Chief Minister will participate in the “Jashpuria Mati Atal Good Governance Day Celebration” from 3.20 pm to 4.30 pm. After this, we will go to Balaji Temple at 4.40 pm, Kalyan Ashram at 5 pm and village Sogra at 5.50 pm. CM will reach Patratoli of Jashpur at 6.40 pm. Amit Pandey, Khairagarh. The dead body of the couple was found in a suspicious condition in the fields of Tulsipur village in Khairagarh district. There has been a sensation in the area after the dead bodies of husband and wife were found. On receiving information about the incident, the police reached the spot, established a route and started investigation. Prima facie the case is being described as murder and then suicide. This incident took place in Thelkadih police station area.

According to the information, the body of a woman was found buried in the paravat in the field of Tulsipur village, while the body of a man was also found lying at a short distance. As soon as information about the incident was received, Thelkadih police station in-charge along with his staff reached the spot and after conducting Panchnama, the body was sent for post-mortem. According to preliminary investigation, the deceased was identified as Dilip Khare and the deceased as Kumari Bai Khare. Both were husband and wife who were residents of Durg district.

In the entire matter, Additional Superintendent of Police Neha Pandey said that the body of the deceased was found in a rotten condition. Her husband’s body was found nearby. Police have also seized some pesticides from him. Prima facie it is suspected that the husband might have murdered his wife a few days ago and later committed suicide by consuming pesticide. In the preliminary investigation, the police have also received information about constant infighting and fights between the two. However, the matter is under investigation and the entire matter will be revealed only after the post mortem report comes.

Raipur. Former Pali-Tanakhar MLA Ramdayal Uike has opened a front against DD Singh, a contractual officer in the General Administration Department. Uike has written a letter to Chief Minister Vishnudev Sai requesting him to cancel the contractual appointment instead of giving extension to the officer.

Former MLA Ramdayal Uike, in a letter to Chief Minister Vishnudev Sai, described DD Singh, who was working at the secretary level in the General Administration Department, as an officer with Congress mentality. He said that apart from trying for Congress ticket from Katghora assembly, he campaigned in favor of Congress candidate in his assembly constituency Pali Tanakhar, due to which BJP had to suffer loss in the assembly elections.

Uike said that the officers who had become unruly in the Bhupesh Baghel government are still engaged in Congress traditional jugaad. He said that all this is happening in the General Administration Department, which is responsible for important tasks like transfer of administrative staff, establishment of vacant posts, contractual appointment and giving guidance in matters like extension.

The former MLA said that during the tenure of the previous government of DD Singh, the strength of the CM Secretariat was much different from that of Soumya Chaurasia. DD Singh is once again trying to get an extension, which is still under contract. Uike said that if the above mentioned officer is given extension on contract, then the image of the government will not only be tarnished but also the lobby of officers involved in jugaad in the bureaucracy will become active again.

CG POLICE TRANSFER: Balrampur. There has been a major reshuffle in the police department. SP Dr. Lal Umed Singh has released the transfer list. In which the names of 7 inspectors and 7 sub-inspectors are included. While transferring, the SP has instructed the policemen to join soon.

After the assembly elections, major surgeries have been seen in the police department. There are speculations about changing some more police station and outpost in-charges.

In a program organized in Bendri today on the occasion of Atal Good Governance Day, CM Vishnudev Sai distributed the outstanding bonus amount of Rs 3 thousand 7 hundred 16 crore to 11 lakh 76 thousand 815 farmers of the state. During this, CM Sai said, we will increase the timing of paddy procurement and will buy paddy from the farmers. Every promise of Modi guarantee will be fulfilled in the coming 5 years.

Chief Minister Vishnudev Sai said that our government is a government that takes care of every class. We will fulfill every promise. We will give Rs 10,000 annually to poor landless labourers. To ensure that the youth are not cheated, arrangements will be made to recruit them on 1 lakh government posts with transparency. Expansion in health services is also our priority. Now the benefit of free treatment up to Rs 10 lakh will be available in Ayushman Card.

Chief Minister Sai said that we have taken a decision in the interest of farmers and have promised to buy paddy at Rs 3100 per quintal, we will fulfill it soon. We have also made arrangements to purchase 21 quintals of paddy per acre. We have issued an order in this regard. We will buy all the paddy from the farmers and if necessary, we will also extend the time limit.
