    Nothing Ear Open India Launch: British consumer technology brand Nothing has officially rolled out its new open-ear style wireless earbuds in India, the Nothing Ear Open. The wireless earbuds come in a single White colour option. 

    The Nothing Ear Open comes with ChatGPT support and ships the Ear Open in a transparent case. Moreover, the company claims that the new TWS earbuds pack a Sound Seal System and directional speakers so only you can hear the music.   

    The dual-microphone setup on the earbuds sports AI-powered Clear Voice Technology. The earbuds are also equipped with many features which includes a low lag mode for gaming, support for Microsoft Swift Pair and Google Fast Pair, and a Find My Earbuds function.  

    Nothing Ear Open Price In India 

    The Nothing Ear (Open) is priced at Rs 17,999 in India. Pre-orders will be available on the company’s website starting September 24, with sales commencing on October 1, 2024.

    Nothing Ear Open Specifications: 

    The Nothing Ear (Open) earbuds are equipped with 14.2mm titanium-coated drivers in each bud, delivering enhanced sound with a bass boost. The TWS earbuds house a 64mAh battery, while the case is packed with a 635mAh battery, promising up to 30 hours of playback.

    The new device features Nothing’s signature transparent design. The earbuds also come with Bluetooth 5.3 connectivity and support for dual-device pairing.

    However, it’s worth noting that the Nothing Ear (Open) does not offer Active Noise Cancellation (ANC) support. The British consumer technology brand has implemented an innovative three-point balance system with silicone ear hooks, resulting in earbuds that weigh just 8.1 grams each.

    New Delhi: Nothing has launched the Nothing Phone (2a) Plus in India after launching the Nothing Phone 2a smartphone in the country in March this year. However, the new smartphone has still the same design with the Glyph Interface as the Phone (2a). It runs Android 14-based Nothing OS 2.6 with the company. 

    The smartphone is offered in two variants: 8GB RAM+256GB and 12GB RAM+256GB. It comes in Black and Grey colour options. The company is promising three years of Android updates and four years of security patches.    

    The Nothing Phone (2a) Plus will go on sale from August 7 at 12 pm via Flipkart. Notably, the smartphone will be made available first in the Indian market, and will be available for other markets only in September.

    Nothing Phone (2a) Plus Price And Bank Offers:

    The phone is priced at Rs 29,999 for the base 8GB RAM+256GB storage model, which is the best smartphone under Rs 30,000. Meanwhile, the top-end variant carries a price tag of Rs 31,999 for the 12GB RAM+256GB model. The London-based company is also providing a bank offer of Rs 2,000 on all bank credit and debit card transactions.   

    Nothing Phone (2a) Plus Specifications: 

    The handset features a 6.7-inch full-HD+ (1,080×2,412 pixels) AMOLED display with up to 120Hz refresh rate, 394ppi pixel density, and Corning Gorilla Glass 5 protection. It is powered with an octa-core 4nm MediaTek Dimensity 7350 Pro 5G SoC paired with Mali-G610 MC4 GPU and up to 12GB of RAM.  

    The phone also comes with Corning Gorilla Glass 5 protection layered on top. The phone is equipped with a 5,000mAh battery with 50W fast charging and 5W reverse wired charging support. Notably, there is no charger in the box once again.

    On the optics front, the Phone 2a Plus comes with the same 50MP dual rear camera system with OIS on the main sensor. The phone also comes with ChatGPT integration that can be set up via the Nothing X app. 

    The new phone also features an in-display fingerprint sensor, IP54 water and dust resistance, dual stereo speakers, and NFC with Google Pay support.

    New Delhi: London-based technology company Nothing on Friday announced that 1 lakh units of its sub-brand’s debut smartphone CMF Phone 1, which is being manufactured in India, was sold in just three hours across various channels. 

    “The overwhelming demand for CMF Phone 1 further solidifies Nothing’s reputation for delivering cutting-edge technology and unique design,” Nothing said in a statement.

    The company launched the device in two variants (6GB+128GB and 8GB+128GB) at a starting price of Rs 15,999.

    The smartphone comes with a 50MP rear camera, a MediaTek Dimensity 7300 5G processor, a 6.67-inch Super AMOLED display, a 5000 mAh battery, and a 16 MP selfie camera.

    It also features a 120 Hz adaptive refresh rate for seamless interactions.

    Meanwhile, Nothing said that by manufacturing the device in India, the company aims to harness the rich manufacturing ecosystem of the country while investing in the local economy, fostering technological innovation within the country and creating job opportunities.

    “This underscores the brand’s recognition of India as a key market in its global strategy and alignment with the ‘Make in India’ initiative,” the company said.

    In addition, Nothing mentioned that this move exemplifies their dedication to delivering “high-quality, locally-produced products that cater to the unique preferences and needs of the Indian market and their expertise in locally manufacturing such a unique adaptable design”.

    New Delhi: British consumer technology brand Nothing has announced the official launch date of the CMF Phone 1 in India. It is the first-ever smartphone by Nothing’s sub-brand which is scheduled to launch on July 8 in the country. Notably, the phone will be released under the CMF by the Nothing brand. 

    Moreover, the company has announced that it will be hosting its next Community Update event on July 8 at 10 AM BST (2:30 PM IST). Apart from the CMF Phone 1, the company is also planning to launch the second generation CMF Buds Pro and CMF Watch Pro on the same date. 

    It is expected that the CMF Phone 1 is expected to be a rebranded version of the Nothing Phone 2a which was launched earlier this year.

    CMF Phone 1 specifications and price (Expected)

    The smartphone is expected to be powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 7300 SoC and arrives with up to 8GB RAM and 128GB/256GB storage. It could feature a 6.67-inch FHD+ OLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate. It could be loaded with a 5000mAh battery with support for 33W fast charging.     The phone is expected to run on Android 14-based Nothing OS custom skin out of the box. In the camera department, the smartphone is expected to feature a dual camera set-up with a 50-megapixel primary sensor. For selfies and video chats, there is a 16MP shooter.  

    The CMF Phone 1 is expected to be offered in two UFS 2.2 storage variants: 128GB and 256 GB. It is rumoured that the CMF Phone 1 carries a price tag of Rs 19,999. However, the actual price may be slightly lower than the listed amount.

    New Delhi: You must have chance encountered incidents where online shopping goes wrong. In the latest case, a Flipkart customer, Malik Tuyyab from Delhi, shared his disappointment after receiving the wrong product from the e-commerce giant. He took to X (formerly Twitter) to express his concern.

    Tuyyab claimed that he ordered a Nothing Phone (2a) from Flipkart but was dismayed to receive a smartphone from the brand Ikall instead. Despite having an unboxing video as evidence, Flipkart rejected his return request twice. (Also Read: 7 Last-Minute Saving Instruments)

    Taking to social media platform X, Tuyyab expressed his frustration with Flipkart’s handling of the situation. He detailed his attempts to return the incorrect device, stating, “I’ve been trying to return/replace the product since yesterday, but I’ve received no support from your end.”

    Return Requests Rejected

    Flipkart rejected Tuyyab’s first return request, citing reasons he deemed “whimsical.” The rejection was based on the courier service provider confirming delivery of the order with the product intact.

    Similarly, his second replacement request was turned down because he was unable to upload the necessary images.

    Third Replacement Request

    The customer, Tuyyab further claimed that he filed a third replacement request with Flipkart and lodged a complaint with the National Consumer Helpline.

    He expressed his disappointment with Flipkart’s return policies, stating, “It’s unfortunate that such restrictive return policies push consumers towards offline markets, contradicting the advancements of the modern internet era.”

    Flipkart Yet To Respond

    Tuyyab claims that Flipkart has not yet responded to his complaint on X.
