    New Delhi: Vivo has launched its latest V30 series smartphones in India. The series includes the Vivo V30 and Vivo V30 Pro. The newly-launched smartphones come as successors to the Vivo V29 smartphone. Notably, the Vivo V30 Pro smartphone is the first V-series model to feature Zeiss optics.

    This feature was earlier seen only in the Vivo X lineup. Users can purchase the Vivo V30 and Vivo V30 Pro smartphones via the Vivo India website, Flipkart, Reliance Digital, Vijay Sales, Croma, and all major retail outlets. The pre-booking of the smartphones starts today and will go on sale on March 14. 

    The company is offering a flat 10 per cent discount via specific cards, offering no-cost EMI options, a 40 per cent discount on Vivo V-shield (available offline), and an exchange bonus exclusively for online transactions. 

    Vivo V30 And Vivo V30 Pro Price:

    For the 8GB + 128GB variant, the smartphone is priced at Rs 33,999, while the 8GB + 256GB variant is priced at Rs 35,999. The smartphone with the 12GB + 256GB model carries a price tag of Rs 37,999.

    Vivo V30 Series Specs: 

    The Vivo V30 smartphone is driven by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 7 Gen 3 SoC, coupled with an Adreno 720 GPU for smooth performance. Meanwhile, the Vivo V30 Pro is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 8200 chipset. 

    In terms of photography, the Vivo V30 5G sports a 50MP primary sensor with OIS and an LED flash. For selfies and video chats, the smartphone sports a 50MP camera, On the other hand, the Vivo V30 Pro features a 50MP primary camera enhanced with Zeiss optimization.

    The smartphones feature a stunning 6.78-inch FHD+ AMOLED display, offering HDR10+ support, a swift 120Hz refresh rate, and an impressive peak brightness of up to 2800 nits.     Powered by MediaTek’s Dimensity 9300 chipset, these phones offer configurations of up to 16GB RAM and 1TB storage. Notably, the X100 Pro stands out with an additional camera and supports both wired 100W and wireless 50W charging.

    Samsung Galaxy S24

    Samsung is poised to make a splash with the Galaxy S24 series, expected to launch in South Korea next month. The lineup includes the vanilla, plus, and Ultra variants, featuring the latest Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chipset and a powerful quad-camera setup, including a 200MP main camera.

    With a substantial 5,000mAh battery and 45W fast charging, the Galaxy S24 Ultra aims to be a strong contender in the market.

    OnePlus 12

    OnePlus is set to unveil the OnePlus 12 on January 23, 2024, for a global audience. Priced around Rs 60,000 for the base model, it features a 6.82-inch 2K Super Fluid AMOLED display with an LTPO panel.

    Powered by the latest Qualcomm chipset, it offers up to 16GB RAM and 512GB storage. The imaging prowess includes a triple rear camera setup with a 50MP primary sensor, 64MP telephoto lens, and a 48MP ultra-wide-angle sensor.

    Chinese smartphone maker Vivo’s V29 series will be launched next week. Its base Vivo V29 5G smartphone was introduced in the international market earlier this year. It will be brought to India with similar specifications. Apart from this, there may be a Pro model in this series. The company has confirmed the launch of the V29 series on October 4. The company has given information about selling these smartphones through online and offline channels. Technology company Google has also informed about launching its Pixel 8 series along with other products at the Made by Google event on October 4. Vivo V29 may feature a 6.78-inch Full HD+ (2,800 x 1,260 pixels) curved AMOLED display with a refresh rate of 120 Hz. Qualcomm Snapdragon 778G SoC can be given as processor in it. This smartphone can get 8 GB RAM and 256 GB storage. It may have a 50-megapixel primary camera, 8-megapixel sensor and a 2-megapixel camera. A 50-megapixel sensor can be found in its front for selfie and video calls. The base variant of this series may have a fingerprint sensor for security. It may have a 4,600 mAh battery with support for 80 W fast charging. Vivo V29 series smartphones can be made available with Himalayan Blue, Majestic Red and Space Black colors. Apart from this, there may be a red colored smartphone whose back panel will be color changing. This week Vivo has launched a new variant of Y56 5G in India. Earlier this year, the company launched this smartphone in a single variant of 8 GB RAM + 128 GB with a price of Rs 19,999. Its new variant is with 4 GB RAM and 128 GB storage. The price of the new variant of Vivo Y56 is Rs 16,999. It will be available in Orange Shimmer and Black Engine colors. It can be purchased from the company’s website and e-commerce sites Amazon and Flipkart. It has a 6.58-inch Full HD+ (1,080 x 2,408) LCD display. It has MediaTek Dimensity 700 SoC processor.
