The issue surfaced when a Facebook user, Alex Rivlin, shared his experience. He searched on Google for the Royal Caribbean shuttle booking contact and found an official-looking number at the top of the AI Overview results. Upon calling the number, he was connected to someone claiming to represent the company. The caller requested credit card details and other personal information for booking confirmation and additional fees.
