The tech giant, Apple, has launched new iterations of its smartwatches. The Apple Watch Series 11, the Apple Watch Ultra 3, and updated Apple Watch SE models have been revealed. The Series 11 offers minor upgrades, such as an improved display. The Ultra 3, however, represents a more significant advancement with its slightly larger screen and the inclusion of satellite connectivity, providing users with connectivity independent of their phones. This strategic move puts Apple in direct competition with Garmin and its satellite-focused devices. The Apple Watch SE, which is receiving its first update since 2022, is also part of Apple’s strategy to maintain its presence in the competitive entry-level smartwatch market, alongside competitors like Google’s Fitbit and Samsung.
