As excitement builds for the upcoming iPhone 17 series, reports indicate that the launch may coincide with the discontinuation of several older models. Specifically, the iPhone 16 Pro and iPhone 16 Pro Max could be phased out following the official release of the iPhone 17 Pro and iPhone 17 Pro Max. Furthermore, the iPhone 15 and iPhone 15 Plus may also be discontinued after September 9th. In addition to the iPhones, the Apple Watch Ultra 2, Apple Watch Series 10, and AirPods Pro 2 Gen are also expected to be discontinued.
