Apple has experienced a significant surge in its financial performance within the Indian market. The tech giant’s annual sales for the fiscal year 2025 reached approximately 80,000 crore rupees, equivalent to around $9 billion, reflecting strong consumer demand for its flagship products. The iPhone has been a major driver of this success. Revenue grew by 13% until March 2025, based on Bloomberg reports. The iPhone 16 model led the sales charts. India’s smartphone market saw a substantial growth, reaching 70 million unit shipments, which represents a 7.3% increase in the second quarter. Despite global slowdown in smartphone sales, Apple shines in India. The company is also expanding its retail presence in India, with new stores planned in Noida and Mumbai in 2026.
