Windows 11 users can anticipate a suite of new AI features coming to their operating systems, spearheaded by the Copilot assistant. Copilot Vision will enable users to analyze content displayed on their screens, eliminating the need for separate tools. Users can engage with Copilot by asking questions about what’s visible, even across multiple applications. Moreover, users can use Copilot to execute certain tasks like optimizing images. The rollout will be phased, with some exclusive features for Copilot Plus PCs. These include the ‘Click to Do’ preview, which utilizes a key combination to activate AI actions like text summarization. Other additions include an AI-driven sticker generator, an object selection tool for image manipulation, an enhanced lighting option in Photos, and an AI-powered tool for taking precise screenshots. These features will begin to roll out in August.
