A legal dispute has erupted between xAI and its former engineer, Shuicheng Li, with xAI accusing Li of pilfering secrets pertaining to its Grok chatbot. The lawsuit, filed in a Californian court, claims Li took confidential data and attempted to transfer it to OpenAI after accepting a job offer there.
