Parag Agrawal, who was previously ousted from Twitter, has launched Parallel Web Systems, an AI-focused venture. The platform is designed to aid online research through AI systems. According to reports, the system offers eight different research engines with varying speeds and depths. The fastest engine can provide responses in under a minute, while the most advanced, Ultra8x, may take up to 30 minutes for detailed information retrieval. Parallel claims that Ultra8x outperformed OpenAI’s GPT-5 by over 10 percent in benchmarks such as Browsecomp and Deepsearch.
