The Indian tablet market witnessed a decrease in the initial six months of 2025. According to IDC, tablet shipments saw a year-on-year decrease of 32.2%. However, the market still saw shipments of 2.15 million units. Samsung has maintained its leading position in the tablet market, boasting around 41.3% of the total market share. Samsung has outperformed its competitors, including Lenovo and Apple. Lenovo is in second place, with 12.3% of the market share, while Apple secures third place at 11.8%. Following them are Xiaomi at 11.4%, and Acer at 9.1%.
