The ‘dusting’ trend has claimed the life of a 19-year-old girl in the United States. Renna O’Rourke, from Arizona, suffered cardiac arrest after inhaling keyboard cleaner and was later declared brain dead. Her parents are now cautioning others about the risks associated with the challenge. ‘Dusting,’ which involves inhaling household chemicals to get high, can lead to serious health complications, including heart failure. Renna’s family has launched a GoFundMe page to help cover medical and therapy costs, and her father is actively involved in raising awareness against this fatal trend. This incident mirrors a similar case in the UK, where a young boy died after inhaling toxic substances.
