While issuing notice on the petition, Justice Subramonium Prasad has ordered not to arrest her till August 21. Delhi High Court will hear Pooja Khedkar’s bail plea on August 21.

UPSC had said in its complaint that a detailed investigation has been conducted against Pooja Khedkar. It has been found that she had violated the rules in the Civil Services Examination 2022. Her limit of appearing in the exam was completed. After this, she appeared in the UPSC Civil Services Examination by changing her identity fraudulently. She even changed her name, father’s name, mother’s name, photo and signature. Apart from this, mobile number, email ID and address were also changed. Due to creating a new identity in a wrong way, she got a chance to appear in the exam more than the limit.
