Prime Minister Narendra Modi will inaugurate the Hindu temple built in Abu Dhabi, the capital of the United Arab Emirates, on February 14, exactly 22 days after the consecration program of Ram Lalla to be held in the Ram temple on January 22. BAPS Swaminarayan Sanstha said Prime Minister Narendra Modi has accepted the invitation to inaugurate a Hindu temple in Abu Dhabi, the capital of UAE in February next year. Representatives of BAPS organization led by Swami Ishwarcharandas and Swami Brahmaviharidas met Prime Minister Narendra Modi at his residence in New Delhi and extended invitation for the inauguration on 14 February.

“Prime Minister Modi was pleased and graciously accepted the invitation, expressing his enthusiastic support for the historic and iconic temple,” the BAPS organization said in a statement. In the nearly one-hour meeting, the BAPS delegation discussed the importance of the Abu Dhabi temple for global harmony and Modi’s vision for India’s spiritual leadership on the global stage, the organization said.

The BAPS delegation prayed for the prime minister’s health and acknowledged his extraordinary global achievements, particularly strengthening ties with the UAE and other Middle Eastern countries, the statement said. During this, Prime Minister Modi shared his personal vision for greater spiritual development and India’s emergence as a global leader.
