Terrorists struck a police station in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa’s Bajaur district at dawn, killing one and injuring three others amid rising violence in Pakistan. The midnight raid targeted Barang tehsil’s Kohi Sar area around 2 AM.
Identified casualty Naseem Gul, aged 60, was a local. The hurt comprised Constables Suleman Khan (35) and Saj Mohammad (58), alongside 28-year-old Sahibzada, the school caretaker. They are stable at Khar’s main hospital.
District police spokesman Israr Khan disclosed the use of diverse firearms by attackers. Forces mobilized quickly for searches and clearances post-assault.
