CBSE Exam 2024: The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has started the psychological counseling session from today i.e. January 1. This program is for those students who will appear in the 10th and 12th board examinations this time. This session will run from Monday to Saturday. During this period, there will be provision for counseling over phone from 9:30 am to 5:30 pm. Candidates will be able to know the solution to their problem by contacting the number provided by CBSE. What will happen during the counseling session?

During the session, students will be provided with useful tips for stress management, time management and good preparation for the exam. How can candidates complete the course in less time. How to avoid nervousness in the examination hall. Is it right to use social media or not? Information about this will also be given.

Parents will also be given guidance in this counseling session. Parents will be informed about how to take care of their children during board exams. Frequently asked questions from parents and students will be answered by experts.

CBSE has issued a helpline number 1800-11-8004 for candidates and parents. You can talk free on this number. 65 psychologists will be present in this counseling session, which includes 52 experts from the country and 13 from abroad. They will give advice to all the students and parents in Hindi and English language. Apart from this, candidates can also listen to bilingual podcasts on all important topics through the official website.

Its main objective is to keep the students of class 10th and 12th stress free during preparation, so that they can appear in the examination without any worry. This counseling session is conducted every year in 2 phases. The first phase starts in January and the second phase is conducted after the declaration of exam results. Trained counselors provide support to students in each session.

Board exams will start from 15th February

CBSE’s 12th board exams will be conducted from February 15 to April 2 and Class 10 exams will be conducted from February 15 to March 13. The examinations of both the classes will be conducted in the same shift from 10:30 am to 1:30 pm. Practical examinations of class 10th and 12th have started from today. CBSE has issued special guidelines regarding this. All schools will have to finish practical examinations by the second week of February.
