What did the High Court say in the decision
The Delhi High Court has rejected the petition requesting a stay on the installation of the statue of Rani of Jhansi in Shahi Idgah Park located in Sadar Bazaar, saying that there is no solid basis in it. Justice Dharmesh Sharma said, “Even if we assume that the petitioner has the right to file a writ petition. Nevertheless, the Court does not feel that their right to offer Namaz or practice any religious right is being endangered in any way.
