The Israeli military initiated a significant air strike against Yemen’s Port Hodeidah on Tuesday. The Israeli Air Force confirmed its involvement through a public statement on social media, asserting that the port served as a key point for the transfer of combat materials from Iran, which the Israeli forces believe are being used to carry out attacks against Israel and its partners. Following the attack, the Houthi Rebel Forces announced that they were actively engaging Israeli fighter jets. A spokesperson for the Houthi forces stated that their air defenses were responding to the Israeli aggression.
