At the SCO Defence Ministers’ meeting in Qingdao, Rajnath Singh met with his counterparts from Tajikistan, Belarus, and Kazakhstan. Singh shared details about the Pahalgam terror attack in Jammu and Kashmir and Operation Sindoor, India’s initiative to disrupt terrorist networks operating from Pakistan. Singh underscored the need for continued collaboration in defence and explored potential for technical partnerships. India’s achievements in defence production and self-sufficiency were also highlighted. Discussions included plans to enhance cooperation in areas including training, military technology, and education.
