Sources have revealed that Nepal’s Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli has received an invitation for an official visit to India in September. The visit is scheduled for two days, starting September 16, and preparations are underway. The visit aims to reinforce the relationship between the two countries and continue the progress of current projects. Shankar Prasad Sharma, the Nepali envoy to India, mentioned the visit is anticipated soon, as both sides are working on finalizing critical agreements. Furthermore, it has been communicated that Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi is likely to visit Nepal in November. This visit is expected to be a brief one and will likely highlight the cultural and spiritual bonds shared by both countries.
