Four Baloch fighters were killed in a violent clash with a pro-government militia in the Barkhan district of Balochistan. The gun battle occurred in the Koh-e-Jandar region of Rakni tehsil and continued for several hours. Local residents reported the use of heavy weapons during the fighting. The individuals who lost their lives have been identified as Mustafa Noor, Samiullah, Rasaan Qadir, and Shahzaib. Their remains were later transported to a hospital in Rakni. The opposing group is described as a ‘state-backed death squad.’ Pakistani authorities have not yet issued any official comments regarding the incident. Concurrently, heavy fighting was reported in Spilinji, Mastung district, amid a military operation by Pakistani forces, leading to casualties. No Baloch armed group has yet taken responsibility for the Spilinji clashes.
