Following the incident, Yaali Rothenberg, the Accountant General at the Israeli Ministry of Finance, expressed his reaction. Rothenberg is currently on a visit to India. He mentioned that he learned his employee’s mother died in the attack. He added that when considering these events, they are reminded of other atrocities Israel faced two years prior and called for a fight for humanity’s good. Rothenberg is in India as a member of a high-level delegation led by Israel’s Finance Minister Bezalel Smotrich.
