Indian diplomat Kshitij Tyagi launched a scathing rebuke of Pakistan during a session of the United Nations Human Rights Council on Tuesday. He accused Pakistan of actions that included “bombing their own people” and using the platform to criticize India. Speaking under Agenda Item 4, Tyagi stated that Pakistan’s assertions about India were baseless and designed to incite. He further refuted Pakistan’s statements as both untrue and provocative. Tyagi, a 2012-Batch Indian Foreign Service Officer, delivered these remarks at the council.
