Moscow Awaits Kyiv’s Decision on Talks Amidst Shifting Battlefield Dynamics

Russia is prepared to negotiate a resolution to the conflict in Ukraine but is awaiting a clear indication from Kyiv to restart direct discussions. Rubio urged European nations to increase their military support for Ukraine, specifically mentioning the need for more Patriot air defense systems.
