    Prime Minister Narendra Modi will not attend the 80th anniversary celebrations of Victory Day to Be Held in Moscow Next Month, Kremlin Spokesman DMITRY PESKOV Said Wednsday. “India will not be represented at the highest level”, Peskov said.
