Jaishankar underscored India’s right to protect its citizens from terrorism and anticipated support from its Quad allies. Furthermore, he emphasized the shared commitment to a free and open Indo-Pacific region, advocating for a rules-based international order to foster independent decision-making by nations. India is slated to host the upcoming Quad Summit and is working on proposals to ensure a successful outcome, aiming for collaborative discussions with its partners.
