In a landmark achievement for collaborative policymaking, China’s State Council departments have actioned nearly all 2025 proposals from NPC and CPPCC, adopting thousands to fuel national advancement. The State Council Information Office’s briefing provided a transparent update on these efforts.
Out of 8,754 NPC suggestions, 95.6% were addressed, alongside 97.3% of 4,868 CPPCC proposals—every one delivered on time. This near-perfect track record demonstrates unwavering dedication.
Through rigorous analysis of revised statutes, over 4,900 innovative ideas found their way into policy, birthing more than 2,200 targeted initiatives.
